Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at hello@pellur.com with your order number. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. We do not cover return shipping costs.
